PrimeVent™ guarantees a hermetically sealed package prior to cooking, as well as a reliable, safe designed, steam release and cook-in-the-bag mechanism that will always deliver a controllable process. From the freezer to the table, PrimeVent™ is suitable for microwaveable packaging for a variety of products such as frozen and perishable foods. This innovative way to manufacture packaging film for a microwaveable package includes a precision laser scored pa􀂂ern or shape. These patterns and shapes create a designed venting or steam release feature, along with a pressure sensitive adhesive label that will maintain the package’s hermetic seal. This feature offers protection from breakage due to product mishandling prior to cooking.
